The Annual Holiday Bazaar is held on Friday, December 7th from 10:00am-6:00pm in the Connelly Center, Villanova Room. This is an annual event where local vendors and students are able to showcase their crafts to the Villanova Community. Vendors are able to sell merchandise for a small vending fee. Tables are available on a first come first serve basis. Registration will close on Friday, November 30th at 3:00pm.
Unload Area: Please use the North Gate off Ithan Avenue (Main Campus). Please plan to arrive no earlier than 9 AM
Guidelines: Villanova University reserves the right to control items sold at this event. Any material the University deems inappropriate will not be allowed. Vendor forms and waivers must be filled out prior to participation of event.
Cost: The registration fee is $40 for outside vendors. This fee includes one table. There is an additional cost of $20.00 for an additional table. Three tables are the Maximum allowed. Vendors are not allowed to bring tables or large displays that exceed table space. Again...Space is limited.
